Appointment Cancellations

Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment

  • Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee
  • Processed via Stripe within 3–5 business days

Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment

  • No refund — full appointment fee retained
  • This includes no-shows

Medication Refunds

Not approved after consultation

  • Clinical review fee: $49 (retained)
  • Remaining balance refunded within 3–5 business days

Damaged shipment

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Full replacement or refund processed

Unopened medication (wrong order)

  • Must be reported within 48 hours
  • Full refund processed once medication is returned

Subscription Cancellations

You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription anytime — no fees, no penalties, no questions asked.

Notice required
7 days before next shipment

Cancel before the 7-day window to avoid that month billing.

Compounded medications are individually prepared and cannot be returned to inventory.

Tip: You can text “SKIP” to pause one month instead of canceling entirely. Resume anytime.
