Appointment Cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment
- ✓Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee
- ✓Processed via Stripe within 3–5 business days
Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment
- ✕No refund — full appointment fee retained
- ✕This includes no-shows
Medication Refunds
Not approved after consultation
- →Clinical review fee: $49 (retained)
- →Remaining balance refunded within 3–5 business days
Damaged shipment
- →Report within 48 hours of delivery
- →Full replacement or refund processed
Unopened medication (wrong order)
- →Must be reported within 48 hours
- →Full refund processed once medication is returned
Subscription Cancellations
You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription anytime — no fees, no penalties, no questions asked.
Cancel before the 7-day window to avoid that month billing.
Compounded medications are individually prepared and cannot be returned to inventory.
Tip: You can text “SKIP” to pause one month instead of canceling entirely. Resume anytime.
